The apartment must be left by 10 a.m. on the fixed day. The departure must be during office hours to permit our staff to check the apartment and the cleaning. On request, Giove Agency can allow departure at night or after office hours. In this case, Giove agency will keep the caution (see the following point) that will be sent certified/priority mail after the control of the apartment. postal expenses are personally charged. The flat must be left free of rubbish, bottles, any kind of boxes etc., the saucepans clean, the cupboard shelves cleaned out and refrigerator empty and defrosted (please do not scrape and remove ice with pointed objects but use the defrost botton which is normally red and leave the fridge door open).
